Matting Hardner (MH-600)
MH-600 is gloss reducing curing agent. It is used as matt hardener/crosslinker to formulate, Pure Epoxy or Epoxy/Polyester (Hybrid) based powder coatings with matt or semi-matt gloss finishes with excellent flow and surface smoothness with very good mechanical properties.

Applications |
• Coating with gloss levels ranging from 5% to 60% at 60 Deg or greater may be easily formulated by the use of MH-600. |
• Coating produced with MH-600 are characterised by good flow and surface smoothness. |
• Minimum cure schedule recommended is 15 min @190 Deg c (object temp ) or 10 min @200 Deg C (object temp) |

Shelf Life / Storage |
• Store at 25-30 deg C at RH - 60 % or cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. |
• Keep bag closed after use and keep away from fire. |
• Based on our experience the shelf life of this product is at Least one year when stored under dry and cool conditions. |
