ACS - 120 is PTFE modified olefine wax used in all kinds of powder coatings to improve scratch hardness, friction resistance / Abration resistance and smoothness of powder coating film.

• Coating produced with ACS -120 are characterised by improved scratch resistance without affecting much on gloss with good flow and surface smoothness. |

• Minimum cure schedule recommended is 10 min @180 Deg c (object temp ) or 10 min @200 Deg C (object temp) depends on resin system. |

Shelf Life / Storage |
|
• Store at 25-30 deg C at RH - 60 % or cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. • Keep bag closed after use and keep away from fire. • Based on our experience the shelf life of this product is at Least one year when stored under dry and cool conditions. |
